The Company's pipeline is focused on three platforms: lumateperone and follow-on compounds, a phosphodiesterase 1 (PDE1) inhibitor platform and discovery platform which includes ITI-333 a novel compound with high affinity at serotonin 5-HT2A, dopamine D1 and mu opioid (MOP) receptors.
