The Company's proved reserves is approximately 76.5 million barrel of oil equivalent (BOE). All of its properties are located in the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico. Its oil and natural gas properties and projects include Northwest Shelf Yoakum, Runnels and Coke County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico; and Central Basin Platform Andrews and Gaines County, Texas.
