KGaA, and Group Headquarters & Group Services, which consists of the operations of service headquarters and various other subsidiaries of the Company.

-Deutsche Telekom (https://www.telekom.com/), companie cu sediul central in Germania, este un furnizor de servicii integrate de telecomunicatii, oferind clientilor sai din intreaga lume un portofoliu de servicii in domeniul telecomunicatiilor si al tehnologiei informatiei. Infiintata in 1995, in urma privatizarii companiei Deutsche Bundespost Telekom, Deutsche Telekom este prezenta in aproximativ 50 de tari si opereaza prin intermediul unui numar important de filiale, companii afiliate si asociatii in participatiune. Dupa ce, in primavara lui 2010, diviziile Europa si Europa de Sud-Est au fost unificate, iar in 2011 a cedat divizia T-Mobile USA, compania isi desfasoara activitatea in prezent prin intermediul a 3 divizii principale: Germania (care ofera servicii de telecomunicatii fixe si mobile in tara de origine a grupului), Europa (acoperind serviciile de telecomunicatii internationale pentru celelalte segmente ale Deutsche Telekom si telecomunicatii mobile in Polonia, Olanda, Cehia, Austria, Ungaria, Croatia, Slovacia, Grecia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Macedonia, Ucraina si Muntenegru) si Systems Solutions (care prin T-Systems International ofera solutii integrate de comunicatii si tehnologia informatiei pentru diverse entitati guvernamentale si corporatii ce opereaza la nivel transnational). In 2010, filiala Deutsche Telekom din Marea Britanie (T-Mobile UK) a fuzionat cu Orange UK, pentru a forma Everything Everywhere, o entitate in care Deutsche Telekom detinea la acel moment o cota de 50%. Deutsche Telekom este listata din 2011 pe sistemul multilateral de tranzactionare al Bursei de Valori Bucuresti, cu simbolul bursier DTE.
