Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (http://www.mountainprovince.com/) is a resource company. The Company holds an interest in the operating Gahcho Kue Project (GK Project) in Canada’s Northwest Territories. It also owns an interest in the mineral rights of the Kennady North Project (KNP). GK Project and KNP are located in the Northwest Territories of Canada, approximately 300 kilometers east-northeast of Yellowknife on the traditional territories of Tlicho, Dene and Metis people. The Company also is focused on approximately 106,202 hectares of mineral claims and leases surrounding the Gahcho Kue Mine that include an Indicated mineral resource for the Kelvin kimberlite and Inferred mineral resources for the Faraday kimberlites. The Company’s subsidiaries include 2435572 Ontario Inc., 2435386 Ontario Inc. and Kennady Diamonds Inc.
