Electric vehicle makers Lucid Group (US.LCID) and Nikola are moving to raise additional funds. 

Nikola said in an SEC filing that it will raise up to $400 million via an “at-the-market” stock offering. 

Lucid filed a shelf registration giving it the right to issue up to $8 billion in new stock over the next three years.
