The Company operates through two segments: the acquisition and exploration of mineral property interests in Canada, and technology development related to battery technologies and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems to respond to air quality needs through its subsidiary Disruptive Battery Corp. Its projects include Battery Hill Project, Peter Lake Copper-Nickel-Cobalt Property, Lac Aux Bouleaux Property, Disruptive Battery Corp. HVAC, and Metallurgy. Its Battery Hill manganese property is located in the Canadian province of New Brunswick consists of over 55 claims covering approximately 1,228 hectares approximately 5-kilometer northwest of the town of Woodstock in Carlton County.
