Its AVTX-007 is an Anti-IL-18 mAb targeting immuno-oncology and immune-inflammatory diseases including multiple myeloma and Still’s disease. Its AVTX-006 is a dual mTORc1/c2 inhibitor targeting lymphatic malformations. Its AVTX 800 programs include AVTX-801, AVTX-802 and AVTX-803. Its AVTX 800 programs is a therapeutic doses of monosaccharide therapies for congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDGs).
