The Company is focused in conducting gold exploration in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and also has mineral right interests in Ontario, Canada. Its Kingsway Property consists of approximately 264 claims in three licenses covering approximately 77 square kilometers. Kingsway Project is located approximately 18 kilometers (km) northwest of the town of Gander, Newfoundland. Its Hopedale Property comprises approximately 998 claims in five licenses covering about 249 square kilometers of the Florence Lake greenstone belt. It holds interest in the Borden Lake Property located near Chapleau, Ontario. It also holds interest in the Scotch Property, which is located approximately 71 km southwest of Moncton, New Brunswick and consists of about six claims covering an area of approximately 61 square kilometers.
