Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (www.catalystpharma.com) is a commercial-stage, patient-centric biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on in-licensing, developing, and commercializing medicines for patients living with rare diseases. The Company is developing a pipeline of medicines for other rare diseases. The Company's product Firdapse Tablet, 10 mg, is used for the treatment of adults with Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LEMS) patients (ages 17 and above) in the United States and Canada. Firdapse consists of the phosphate salt of amifampridine. It is developing a long-acting formulation of amifampridine phosphate. The Company's Firdapse is also developing clinical trials for the treatment of muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase-positive myasthenia gravis (MuSK-MG). Catalyst Pharmaceuticals Ireland, Ltd. is the subsidiary of the Company.
