Crawford & Company (www.crawco.com) is a provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions to carriers, brokers and corporations with global network serving clients in approximately 70 countries. The Company operates through three segments. Crawford Claims segment provides Crawford claims solutions, which provides claims management services globally to insurance carriers and self-insured entities related to property, casualty, and catastrophe losses. Crawford TPA segment provides Crawford TPA solutions, which trades under the Broadspire brand globally, provides third party administration for workers' compensation, auto and liability, disability absence management, medical management, and accident and health to corporations, brokers and insurers worldwide. Crawford Specialty segment provides Crawford Specialty solutions, which provides services to the global property and casualty insurance company markets through service lines known as Global Technical Services and Contractor Connection.
