The Company’s projects and assets include Rainy River Mine, New Afton Mine, Blackwater Mine and Cerro San Pedro. The Rainy River Mine is a gold-silver mine located approximately 65 kilometers northwest of Fort Frances, Ontario, in the southern half of Richardson Township. The New Afton is a gold-copper mine in West of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, approximately 10 kilometers west of Kamloops, approximately 350 kilometers northeast of Vancouver. The Company holds an 8% gold stream on the Artemis Gold Blackwater project, located in British Columbia, Canada. The Cerro San Pedro Mine approximately 20 kilometers northwest of San Luis Potosi, Cerro San Pedro, Mexico.
