The Company operates through three segments: West African Gold Projects, West African Lithium Projects and UK administration operations. It holds a portfolio of gold projects in southern Mali and Cote d’Ivoire, which include Fatou Gold Project, Dabakala Project, Nangalasso Gold Project, Slam Project, Korhogo Gold Project and Nielle Gold Project. The Fatou Project is located approximately 280 kilometers (km) south of Bamako, the capital city of Mali. The Dabakala Project is a single concession in central cote d’ivoire. The Company is focused on the development of its Bougouni Lithium Project in Southern Mali. In addition to Bougouni Lithium Project, it also holds approximately 200 square kilometers (km2) Bougouni West Project and approximately 109 km2 Diendio Project.
