The Company's subsidiary, Viking Energy Group, Inc., owns an interest in oil and gas fields across Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Its properties include approximately 145 conventional oil and gas wells. The properties produce hydrocarbons from known reservoirs/sands in the on-shore Gulf Coast region.
