Clough Global Dividend and Income Fund (the Fund)(www.cloughglobal.com) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of total return. The Fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities in both United States and non-United States markets. The Fund may not invest more than 20% of its total assets in securities rated below investment grade. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in fixed income securities, including both corporate and sovereign debt in both United States and non-United States markets. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in corporate bonds, debentures and other debt securities. The Fund's investment advisor is Clough Capital Partners L.P.
