The Company operates through four segments: Operating Assets, Master Planned Communities (MPC), Seaport, and Strategic Developments. The Operating Assets segment consists of developed or acquired retail, office, hospitality and multi-family properties along with other real estate investments. Its MPC segment consists of the development and sale of land in large-scale, long-term community development projects in and around Las Vegas, Nevada, Houston, Texas, Columbia, and Maryland. Its Seaport segment consists of approximately 453,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and entertainment properties situated in three primary locations in New York, New York: Pier 17, Historic Area/Uplands and Tin Building. Strategic Developments segment consists of residential condominium and commercial property projects.
