Hutter & Schrantz AG (H&S) (http://www.hsag.at/) is an Austrian company that is primarily engaged in the production of ceiling systems. H&S is active in two business areas: ceiling systems and renting of production halls. The Company offers ribbed ceilings made from concrete and steel that, due to their lightweight and modular design, allow ceiling openings for chimneys and flues to be easily inserted. Large flat ceilings are produced in flat modules, which are combined using site-mixed concrete and raised to the full ceiling height upon construction. The flat ceilings' ability to bear heavy loads is guaranteed by in-built, steel-lattice girders. Hutter & Schrantz is also engaged in the rental of a large production hall in Vienna. The Company has three subsidiaries: h & s Stahlfedern GmbH, h & s Industriesiebe GmbH and h & s Technische Gewebe GmbH, all of which are active in the production of steel products.
