The Las Chispas property is located approximately 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The El Picacho property is located approximately 85 road kilometers northeast of the Company’s Las Chispas Project. The Cruz de Mayo property is located in the State of Sonora, Mexico, approximately 22 km northwest of the town of Cumpas and 163 km northeast of Hermosillo. The Silver Angel property is located approximately 165 km northeast of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The Estacion Llano property is located approximately 140 kilometers north of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
