The Company intends to manage, invest and operate commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, South Eastern Europe and Russia. Its portfolio consists of properties in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Hungary, Romania and Latvia. It owns approximately 60 properties with a total gross leasable area of approximately 1.1 million square meters.
