Trofinetide is a synthetic analog of the amino-terminal tripeptide of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) designed to treat the core symptoms of Rett syndrome. ACP-044, is an orally administered, non-opioid analgesic being evaluated for the treatment of pain. ACP-319 is a positive allosteric modulator of the muscarinic receptor targeting M1 (M1 PAM).
