Globus Medical, Inc. (www.globusmedical.com) is a medical device company. The Company is primarily focused on implants that promote healing in patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The Company group its products into two categories: Musculoskeletal Solutions and Enabling Technologies. Its Musculoskeletal Solutions consist primarily of implantable devices, biologics, accessories, and surgical instruments used in an expansive range of spinal, orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. Its Enabling Technologies are comprised of imaging, navigation and robotics (INR) solutions for assisted surgery, which are computer-assisted intelligent systems designed to improve a surgeon’s capabilities, and ultimately improve patient care and reduce radiation exposure for all involved. Its INR solutions include the ExcelsiusGPS platform, which is a robotic guidance and navigation system that supports minimally invasive and open procedures with screw and interbody spacer placement applications.
