U.S. Global Investors, Inc. (http://www.usfunds.com/) is an investment adviser. The Company is focused on historical and socioeconomic cycles, and applies both statistical and fundamental models, including growth at a reasonable price (GARP), to identify companies with growth and value metrics. The Company manages equity and bond strategies, gold and precious metals, natural resources and emerging markets. It offers a range of investment management products and services to meet the needs of individual and institutional investors. The Company invests for its own account in an effort to add growth and value to its cash position. It uses a matrix of top-down macro models and bottom-up micro stock selection models to determine weighting in countries, sectors and individual securities. The Company engages in managing and servicing U.S. Global Investors Funds (USGIF). The Company also provides advisory services for two exchange-traded funds (ETF).
