DKK1 is a cell secreted protein that research has found its role in embryonic development. DKN-01 is an affinity, neutralizing monoclonal antibody targeting DKK1. DKN-01 reduces free DKK1 levels and has demonstrated an anti-tumor effect in preclinical models. TRX518 is a humanized anti- glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor (GITR) monoclonal antibody designed for the immune system’s anti-tumor response as an immune checkpoint agonist.
