Ra Medical Systems, Inc.(https://www.ramed.com/) is a medical device company. The Company is focused on commercializing excimer lasers system to treat vascular disease. It develops, manufactures and markets medical devices targeting the vascular specialties. The Company's laser technology is used for the treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD). The Company commercializes the Destruction of Arteriosclerotic Blockages by Laser Radiation Ablation (DABRA) excimer laser and catheters for the treatment of vascular diseases. DABRA breaks down plaque to its fundamental chemistry, such as proteins, lipids and other chemical compounds, eliminating blockages. The Company's DABRA is used as a tool in the treatment of PAD. In addition, it is also used for the endovascular treatment of infrainguinal arteries via atherectomy and for crossing chronic total occlusions (CTO).
