MGX Minerals Inc (https://www.mgxminerals.com/) is a Canada-based diversified resource and technology company with interests in advanced metals, industrial minerals, nuclear energy and rocketry. The Company’s projects include Heino Gold, Fran Gold property, Sturgeon Lake project and Driftwood Creek project. The Fran property lies within the Quesnellia Terrane of the Canadian Cordillera and is underlain by Takla Group sedimentary and volcaniclastic rocks intruded by dykes and small stocks of monzonite, monzodiorite and diorite. The Sturgeon Lake project is located in the Fox Creek area of west-central Alberta approximately 85 kilometers east of the city of Grande Prairie. The Driftwood Creek project resides in the Driftwood mining district approximately 164 kilometers north of Cranbrook, British Columbia. The Company through its subsidiary, PurLucid Treatment Solutions Inc. utilizes licensed nanoflotation technology to provide oilfield operators with wastewater handling solutions.
