The Company operates through two segments: Software and Drug Discovery. The Software segment is focused on licensing the Company’s software for molecular discovery. The Drug Discovery segment is focused on building a portfolio of preclinical and clinical drug programs, internally and through collaborations. The Company’s physics-based software platform enables discovery of molecules for drug development and materials applications. Its software platform is used by biopharmaceutical and industrial companies, academic institutions, and government laboratories. The Company’s pipeline includes CDC7, Wee1, MALT1, HIF-2 alpha and SOS1/KRAS. Its CDC7 is a small molecule inhibitor for treatment of solid and liquid tumors.
