Drive Shack Inc. (ir.driveshack.com) owns and operates golf-related leisure and social entertainment venues and courses. The Company operates through three segments: Entertainment Golf, Traditional Golf and corporate. The Entertainment Golf segment includes tech-enabled hitting bays with in-bay dining, full-service restaurants, bars, and event spaces. It is also comprised of Puttery , which consists of technology-enabled indoor putting golf courses, F&B offerings, multiple bars, lounges, and very important person (VIP) spaces. The Traditional Golf segment are the operators of golf courses and country clubs in the United States.
