Medigene AG (www.medigene.com/home) is a Germany-based biotechnology company that develops treatment platforms to target various types and stages of cancer with candidates in clinical and pre-clinical development. The Company focuses on the development of personalized T cell-based immunotherapies. It develops three platforms: T-cell receptor (TCR)-modified T cells for adoptive T-cell therapy as treatments for patients with tumor burdens; Dendritic cell (DC) vaccines for the treatment of low tumor burdens, such as minimal residual disease or for use in combination therapies, and T-cell-specific monoclonal antibodies (TABS) to identify T cells based on their T-cell receptors. The Company operates offices in Martinsried in Germany, as well as in Washington DC and San Diego in the United States.
