Amplify Energy Corp.(www.amplifyenergy.com) is an independent oil and natural gas company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and production of oil and natural gas properties. The Company's business activities are conducted through its subsidiary, Amplify Energy Operating LLC (OLLC). Its assets consist of producing oil and natural gas properties and are located in Oklahoma, the Rockies, federal waters offshore Southern California, East Texas / North Louisiana and the Eagle Ford. The Company's oil and natural gas properties are located in mature oil and natural gas reservoirs. The Company’s properties consist primarily of operated and non-operated working interests in producing and undeveloped leasehold acreage and working interests in identified producing wells. The Company's estimated proved reserves is approximately 113.8 Million Barrels of Oil Equivalent (MMBoe).
