The Company's principal interests are located in Australia, Hungary, South Africa and Canada. The Company holds approximately 18,619 square kilometers of about three exploration permits in the Beetaloo Sub-basin, Northern Territory, Australia. The Beetaloo Sub-basin is located approximately 600 kilometers (km) south of Darwin. The Beetaloo Sub-basin is a Proterozoic and Cambrian tight oil and gas basin. The Company holds a Technical Cooperation Permit (TCP), covering an area of approximately 30,327 square kilometers in the southwest Karoo Basin, South Africa. The Company's Mako Production License (Mako Trough, Hungary) covers approximately 1,000 square kilometers, located in south-eastern Hungary. The Company also owns non-operating working interests (the Hackett Interest) in approximately three producing natural gas wells.
