Newrange Gold Corp (www.newrangegold.com) is a Canada-based exploration stage company, which is focused on acquiring and exploring mineral properties in the United States and Canada. The Company is focused on district-scale exploration for precious metals in favorable jurisdictions, including Nevada and Ontario. The Company’s projects include Pamlico Gold, North Birch Gold and Argosy Gold Mine. The Pamlico Gold project is located in, Nevada, Pamlico is situated in the western Great Basin. The North Birch Gold project comprises approximately 3,850 hectares and lies in the northwestern corner of the Birch-Uchi Greenstone Belt in the Red Lake Mining Division of northwestern Ontario, approximately 100 kilometers northeast of the town of Red Lake. The Argosy Gold Mine project is located approximately 110 kilometers east-northeast of Red Lake, the property hosts the past-producing gold mine in the Birch-Uchi Belt. It lies approximately 10 kilometers northwest of the Springpole Deposit.
