Equinox Gold Corp. (www.equinoxgold.com) is a Canada-based mining company that is engaged in the operation, acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties, with a focus on gold. The Company’s producing assets include Mesquite Mine (Mesquite) and Castle Mountain Mine (Castle Mountain) in the United States, Los Filos Mine Complex (Los Filos) and Mercedes Mine (Mercedes) in Mexico, and Aurizona Mine (Aurizona), Fazenda Mine (Fazenda) and RDM Mine (RDM) in Brazil. The Company’s projects include Santa Luz Project, Greenstone Project, Los Filos Expansion, Aurizona Expansion, and Castle Mountain Expansion. The Santa Luz project in Brazil is in the construction stage. It owns 60% interest in the Greenstone Project is a multi-million-ounce gold project located in the top-tier mining jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada. The Los Filos expansion contemplates enlarging the Los Filos open pit, adding an open pit (Guadalupe), developing a underground mine (Bermejal), and constructing a carbon-in-leach plant.
