Its proprietary platform of Toll-like immune receptor activators has applications in the mitigation of radiation injury and immuno-oncology. Its lead product candidate is entolimod, an immuno-stimulatory agent, which is developed as a radiation countermeasure and immunotherapy for oncology and other indications. Entolimod is a Toll-like receptor 5 (TLR5) agonist, which is developed as a radiation countermeasure for the prevention of death from Acute Radiation Syndrome (ARS), and as an oncology drug.
