Ur-Energy Inc. (http://www.ur-energy.com) is an exploration-stage mining company. The Company is engaged in uranium mining and recovery operations, with activities including the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of uranium mineral resources located primarily in Wyoming. Its flagship property is the Lost Creek Project is located in the Great Divide Basin (GDB), Wyoming. Its land portfolio includes over 12 projects. Approximately 10 of these projects are in the Great Divide Basin, Wyoming, including its flagship project, Lost Creek Project. It controls a total approximately 1,800 unpatented mining claims and three State of Wyoming mineral leases for a total of approximately 36,000 acres at its Lost Creek Property, including the Lost Creek permit area and certain adjoining properties which refer to as LC East, LC West, LC North, LC South and EN project areas. Its Wyoming properties together total approximately 48,000 acres and include two properties Shirley Basin and Lucky Mc.
