Auddia Inc. (www.auddia.com) is a technology company. The Company is developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-based software technology for audio media companies and consumers of audio media. Its technology enables consumers to listen to existing amplitude modulation/frequency modulation (AM/FM) radio stations without commercials. Its platform is designed to recognize the difference between a commercial and a song and is learning the differences between all other content to include weather reports, traffic, news, sports, disc jockey conversation, among others. Its products include Auddia App and Vodacast. Auddia App is a subscription based commercial free AM/FM software application. Vodacast is an interactive podcasting platform. Podcasters can integrate its Vodacast platform in their podcast to enable their listeners to see video and other digital content in a digital feed that correlates with the podcast audio. All content presented in the digital feed can be synched to the podcast audio content.
