The Company operates through four business segments. The Commercial Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of commercial properties in Mainland China. The Property Rental segment is engaged in the leasing of investment properties in Mainland China. The Hotel Operations segment is engaged in the owning and operation of a hotel. The Others segment is principally engaged in the provision of management and security services to commercial properties. The Company is also involved in the material trading, investment management and construction materials manufacturing business through its subsidiaries.
