Cuentas, Inc.(www.cuentas.com/)through its operating subsidiaries, is focused on financial technology (FINTECH) services, to provide mobile banking, online banking, prepaid debit and digital content services to unbanked, underbanked and emerging markets. The Company offers telecommunications minutes and prepaid telecommunications minutes to consumers. The Company operates through two segments: telecommunications and General-Purpose Reloadable Cards (GPR). Its financial services include direct ACH deposits, ATM cash withdrawal, bill pay and online purchases, debit card network processing, peer to peer payments, online banking, transit authority fare recharges and discounted gift cards. The Company’s technology platform is comprised of CIMA Group’s Knetik and Auris software platforms (the CIMA Licensed Technology). The Company's subsidiaries include Meimoun and Mammon, LLC (M&M), NxtGn, Inc. (NxtGn), Next Cala, Inc (Cala) and Cuentas Mobile LLC.
