As of December 31, 2011, the Company's portfolio included HEID Werkzeugmaschinen Ges mbH, which provides machine tool parts and servicing; Werkzeugmaschinenbau Sinsheim GmbH, a manufacturer and developer of turning and center-lathe turning machine tools; DISKUS WERKE AG, which acts as a holding for Diskus Werke Schleiftechnik GmbH and Pittler T&S GmbH, among others; and DVS Technologie GmbH, primarily engaged in the production of batches in the areas of turning, gear-cutting and grinding. Alongside its holdings, the Company is active in the rental, modernization and sale of production halls and office properties.
