First-quarter 2022 revenues totaled $25.7 billion, an increase of $11.1 billion, or 77%, compared to the prior-year quarter, reflecting operational growth of $11.9 billion, or 82%, as well as an unfavorable impact of foreign exchange of $778 million, or 5%. Compared to the prior-year quarter, first-quarter 2022 revenue growth was unfavorably impacted by approximately $200 million as a result of having one fewer selling day in the U.S. and one fewer selling day in international markets. This unfavorable impact is expected to reverse in the fourth quarter of 2022.
