Its primary drilling operations targets the oil and liquids rich producing formations in the Northwest Shelf, the Central Basin Platform, and the Delaware Basin all of which are part of the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico. The Company's leasehold acreage positions totaled 104,455 gross (76,745 net) acres and it holds approximately 610 gross (441 net) producing wells. The Company's proved reserves is approximately 76.5 million barrel of oil equivalent (BOE). All of its properties are located in the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico. Its oil and natural gas properties and projects include Northwest Shelf Yoakum, Runnels and Coke County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico; and Central Basin Platform Andrews and Gaines County, Texas.
