The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (www.bnymellon.com) is a global investments company, which is focused on helping its clients manage and service their financial assets throughout the investment lifecycle. It provides financial services for institutions, corporations or individual investors. It allows clients to create, trade, hold, manage, service, distribute or restructure investments. The Company's business is divided into two business segments: Investment Services, and Investment and Wealth Management. It also has an Other segment, which includes the leasing portfolio, corporate treasury activities, derivatives and other trading, corporate and bank-owned life insurance, renewable energy investments and business exits. The Company has approximately $41.1 trillion in assets under custody and/or administration and $2.2 trillion in assets under management. It offers asset servicing, issuer services, treasury services, clearance and collateral management services to its clients.
