The aircraft, which has a range of approximately 150 miles on a single charge, that can transport a pilot and four passengers at speeds of up to 200 mph. The Company delivers an application-based aerial ridesharing service directly to end-users. It is designed to help reduce urban congestion and accelerate the shift to sustainable modes of transit. The Company intends to deploy eVTOL aircraft in local aerial ridesharing networks in cities around the world. The Company plans to develop an app-based platform that permits consumers to directly book rides through its service.
