It operates in Europe, North America and others. The major holdings of KTM AG, apart from KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG, are KTM Technologies GmbH, KTM Immobilien GmbH, as well as the minority holding in Kiska GmbH. KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG manufactures and develop race-ready off-road and street motorcycles. The subsidiaries of KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG include KTM-Racing AG, KTM Events & Travel Service AG, as well as KTM Dealer & Financial Services GmbH.
