Whitecap Resources Inc. (https://www.wcap.ca/) is a Canada-based oil and gas company that is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. The Company’s operations include Northern Alberta and British Columbia (NABC), Central Alberta, Western Saskatchewan and Eastern Saskatchewan. Its NABC business unit comprised of two Regions, including Smoky River and Peace River. Its Central Alberta business unit is comprised of two Regional Assets, which is South West Alberta (SWAB) and West Central Alberta (WCAB). The Company’s Western Saskatchewan business unit is comprised of two Regional Assets, including West Central Saskatchewan (WCSK) and South West Saskatchewan (SWSK). Its Eastern Saskatchewan business unit is comprised of three regional assets, such as Weyburn, South Central Saskatchewan and South East Saskatchewan.
